Reservation(s) are arranged for you direct with the Pousada group under their terms and conditions:
- Prices on this site are supplied by the Pousada group – No booking fees are charged;
- Guests are eligible for promotions at the time of reservation or check-in;
- Valid credit card details are required to guarantee reservations and you pay the Pousada(s) in full on departure;
- Pre payment is only required for the ‘Pousada Passport’ or occasional promotions;
- Your personal details, email address, credit card details etc will only be given to the Pousada Group;
- Your credit card will be debited in the case of a ‘no show’ or late cancellation;
- The cancellation policy is that of the Pousada group:
- No charge for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to arrival;
- Less than 48 hours prior to arrival – first night;
- New Year – the whole stay may be charged if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival; and
- Special promotions may have different cancellation policies.
