The wider Quinta do Lago resort offers fantastic facilities on your doorstep, including award-winning golf facilities, restaurants, a sea-water lake with pedalos, a water-sports centre and tennis courts. However, it’s Martinhal Quinta’s private facilities that make it perfect for families. There are heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools (including a heated baby pool) with water features and water slides; a pool-side bar offering drinks, snacks and homemade ice-cream; and a breakfast room where a buffet breakfast is served. The on-site grocery store is particularly convenient as it offers fresh bread and pastries, high-quality deli items, cold-takeaway dishes and a range of essential basics for families.

Martinhal Quinta’s unsupervised outdoor play area includes a trampoline, sand pit, table tennis table and the famous Martinhal VW Campervan. For younger children (from 6 months to 8 years) there is an active Kids Club and baby-sitting is available on request.
